Hello and a warm welcome to Manuel "Forjador" Mesones website.

Born in Lima in 1973, Manuel travelled to England to get married in 2002 were he is currently living.

Long time ago his father bought him an Atari with a video-game called "Adventure", since then Forjador has been travelling throughout endless realms in a neverending quest to satisfy his kenderlike curiosity.

Having a passion for detail Forjador's artwork is hugely influenced by artists and writers from Games Workshop and the Black Library. He prefers to use ball-point pen for his illustrations as he loves the power of black & white, though he enjoys giving his pieces some colour using Photoshop and a good old Wacom. Dark fantasy and sci-fi are his favourite subjects but he can adapt to any style when required.

Manuel works as a graphic designer and when he is not drawing, reading or playing video-games he enjoys training Kendo and Judo.
